Welcome to Cozy Connect (“the Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you download, install, and play our mobile application Cozy Connect (Package ID: com.htuse.cozyconnect) available on Google Play.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using Cozy Connect, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Game.

We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to play Cozy Connect.

a) Local Game Progress & Preferences

All gameplay data—including your unlocked levels, star ratings, move counts, best scores, coin balances, unlocked themes, daily challenge progress, and audio/haptic settings—is stored locally on your device using Android's internal application storage. We do not transmit or store your gameplay progress on our own external servers.

b) Support Inquiries

If you contact us directly via email at support@htuse.com, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide customer support.

Cozy Connect displays interstitial advertisements after level completions (starting from Level 3 onwards) to keep the Game free to play. To provide these advertisements, the Game integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob), a service provided by Google LLC.

Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device and usage information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and frequency capping purposes, including:

• Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and App Set ID
• IP address (which may be used to estimate general, non-precise geographic location such as city or country)
• Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, screen dimensions, language setting, mobile network carrier)
• Ad interaction and performance data (such as when an advertisement is loaded, viewed, clicked, or dismissed)
• Diagnostic and crash/performance data related to the advertising SDK

The information collected locally on your device or by our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) is used for the following purposes:

• Core App Functionality: Saving your puzzle progress, achievements, coins, and user settings locally on your device.
• Advertising & Monetization: Serving contextual or personalized interstitial ads via Google AdMob and limiting how frequently ads are shown.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: Measuring ad performance, detecting invalid ad traffic, preventing fraud, and ensuring technical stability.
• Customer Support: Responding to your questions, bug reports, or feedback sent to support@htuse.com.

a) Resetting or Deleting Your Advertising ID

You can reset your Android Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android device settings:

• Open your device's “Settings” app.
• Navigate to “Google” > “All services” (or “Privacy”) > “Ads”.
• Select “Reset advertising ID” or “Delete advertising ID” to restrict ad personalization.

b) Deleting Local Game Data

You can permanently delete all locally stored game progress and preferences at any time by clearing the app's storage in your Android device settings (“Settings” > “Apps” > “Cozy Connect” > “Storage & cache” > “Clear storage”) or by uninstalling the Game.

c) Regional Privacy Rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and California/US States)

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights regarding the processing of your personal data by third-party advertising partners, including the right to opt out of personalized advertising or request access/deletion of data associated with your Advertising ID. You can manage Google's ad personalization settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

• Local Gameplay Data: Retained only on your device for as long as the Game remains installed, until you clear app storage or uninstall the Game.
• Support Emails: Retained only as long as necessary to resolve your support request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Third-Party Ad Data: Retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention). All data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

Cozy Connect is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us (for example, by sending an email to our support address), please contact us at support@htuse.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Cozy Connect requests only the minimal Android permissions required for core gameplay and ad delivery:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements.
• VIBRATE: Used to provide optional tactile/haptic feedback during puzzle gameplay (which can be toggled off in the in-game Settings menu).
• AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising and analytics in accordance with Google Play policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Game features, third-party SDKs, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and publish the revised policy at https://cozyconnect.htuse.com/privacy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
